Tye Ouzounian, MD, is a 1981-graduate of the Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis. His postgraduate training includes his internship, residency, and fellowship within the Division of Orthopedic Surgery at the University of California, Los Angeles. Dr. Ouzounian also completed a foot & ankle fellowship at the Hospital for Joint Diseases in New York. He attained board certification in orthopedic surgery with the American Board of Orthopedic Surgery. Furthermore, he has been honored as one of Southern California Super Doctors (2010 – 2020) and has received the Achievement Award by the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons (2015 – 2019). He is an American Orthopedic Foot and Ankle Society Alternate Advisor (2012-present), as well as an American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons Representative (2007-present) through the American Medical Association.
